We understand that things come up and life can sometimes be unpredictable. If you are going to be late, please call us at 312.340.5948.

We honor a 10-minute grace period for unexpected circumstances. After 10 minutes, treatment cannot be guaranteed and your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Opulence Chicago requires 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide notice will result in a $75 fee.

Skincare products may be exchanged or returned for store credit for up to 14 days after purchase.

For everyone's safety, children under 16 are not permitted in treatment rooms and may not be left unattended in the waiting area.

Clients ages 16–17 require consent from a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian must be present during the consultation and first appointment.
